Double Level Stackers

In certain circumstances, a Double Level Stacker can be used if your application calls for stacking two different sheet sizes at the same time. We have installed two of these machines in the USA and one in Brazil; all with great success.
The photo above (left) shows a Double Level Stacker using a Scissors Lift Table on the Lower Level and an AJ Chain Lift Stacker on the upper level. This application stacked 80" diameter circles on the Lower Level and 65" diameter circles on the Upper Level. A single rotary die-cutter was used to cut the circles while AJE provided the delivery and Stacking Bays.
The Stacker on the right shows a Double Level Stacker using two AJE Chain Lift Stackers with the ability to stack sheets on both levels from 20" to 104 " long. In this case, we coupled two AJ Layboys and two AJ Stackers against a Double Level Marquip Knife.
