Layboy Rebuilds
AJ Engineering offers a Full Line of Upgrades to your existing Layboy or Sheet Delivery Conveyor.
We can supply a completely new Layboy that can be adapted to fit between your existing Knife and your existing Stacker or we can provide individual components to adapt to your existing Layboy such as new High Speed Belt Sections, Overlap Snubber Wheels, and Delivery Conveyors.

The Retrofit shown below was a Full Layboy Retrofit. The customer wanted New High Speed Tapes, Divert Gate, Overlap, Full Slow Speed Bottom Belt, New Controls and a completely New Kickoff Section. The entire mechanical and electrical installation was completed by 2 men in about 5 days.
